I Need Strength To Carry On My Work
Jon says I am a complain queen. Food not nice, too cold, too hot, journey too long, too complicated, too much work etc etc...In short, too much of everything except sleep, pay and vacation. ha ha..

Last Thursday, I was on the verge of giving up managing this retail account as I could not reconcile the warehouse inventory and customer's orders. Where did all the inventories go? Who took it and why? I was going berserk, ready to kill anyone who ask me another question. I was ready to scream and cry at the same time. To make matters worse, Jon took the car and I was stranded in office. I could not go home. Arghhh.... My boss offered to give me a ride home but I said no. I need to walk home.

The long walk (45 minutes) calmed me and made me learn to appreciate the simple things in life again - the lush greeneries along 156th Ave NE. My work has stopped me from observing how these trees have grown and how beautiful they look before they shed their leaves for autumn.

Friday came, I refused to give up managing this retail account and spent three hours doing more research to understand what happened (actually harassing different teams to help me understand what happened). Thank god, I was able to piece together what happened. What an achievement.

Now, I need the strength to manage hei lo shan returns. Maybe, another long walk home from work will be good.
