Some People Are Just Retarded
I have been dealing one retarded person for the past 6 months. I do not relish this opportunity to work with her. It is time consuming and energy sapping. We speak and write the same language but I do not understand which part of the sentence she does not understand. NA BEH...CHAO ANG MO!!!

She will always put me in a situation whereby I am forced to reply to her customer's queries and those questions do not concern me. I have learned the art of embarrassing her very diplomatically in every reply I send to the customer and her.

I told my team leader about her work attitude. I am not her F**K**G assistant! It really sucks! I am NOT hesitant to complain to her boss. I will draft a very diplomatic and stern email to her boss telling him that it is the company's misfortune and his misfortune to have such an employee.

Although I have not met her in person, I am so tempted to ask one of my co-workers to get her picture and post it online. No, I won't do that.

Freedom of speech comes with responsibility. I am not timid, I just don't want unnecessary work and stress. For what??? How much do I get paid for doing this??? I am not a retard!!!

Why waste your time and energy crafting diplomatically embarrassing responses to the customer to get back at the chao ang mo?

She's just playing you. I suspect that no matter what you say, your actions say otherwise...meaning that you say it's not your concern, but you write that you are put in a position where you are forced to reply to her customers` queries.

No one can put you in that position but you yourself. Don't feel obliged to do this for her, not even for the customers' sake. Just don't. Throw it back to her!

Biting back at people via the boss or online is really childish and will only drain you even more. I should know...I've been in the same position many times before!!!

There are certain battles you need to fight and certain battles, I learn to let go.

In USA, the proper channel express your dissatisfaction is to complain to your boss. If I ignore or continue my behaviour, I will be penalised.

I know that the issue has been escalated to another level. I let someone else fight my battle :)

Sorry to hear about the "mildly intelligent" people you have to encounter.

Well, diplomatically crafted responses can be embrassing, only if these peoplle can understand them in the first place. Doing this person's work is definitely a no-no. What happens when the person's customers BLAME YOU for mistakes that are entirely the other person.

First, I would suggest that you look at the source. Find out the character of this person and the level of relationship between chao ang mo (CAM) and CAM's boss. Some people can be very close, big mountain behind kind of thing. Next, you need to know if this CAM is against you personally or really dumb or acting dumb. There is a difference here. The response will be different in each case.

Yes, good idea to let someone fight this battle for you.

Thank you and I agree. Before I start my battle, I have done my research.
