Going Home For Vacation
It's been almost 2 years since my last visit back to Singapore. Jon and I will be going home on April 26 and back to Seattle on May 9. We are looking forward to meet our families, friends and indulge in hawker food.

No cuisine in the world can be compared to Singapore Hawker Food. I have a list of local food I want to eat when I am back. In fact, this is a mission I need to complete and it is definitely MISSION POSSIBLE. Here's my list:

  1. chia bee hoon
  2. laksa
  3. satay
  4. chicken rice
  5. hokkien mee
  6. prawn noodle
  7. fried carrot cake
  8. chinatown porridge
  9. chee cheong fun
  10. bee hoon goreng
