Swearing Is Not Cool
I have not thought that swearing will be offensive to anyone. What I mean is swearing is offensive when your target is either a person or a group of people. However, if you are swearing at an object i.e. non living thing, especially when things do not turn out the way you want it, you are just talking to yourself (soliloquy).

My co-worker corrected me on this and I realised that swearing, is offensive. Period. I begin to do some soul searching and agree that she is right. I apologise to her that swearing is not 'work appropriate' language and I will try not do it. It is a habit I have to get rid it of. Geez, that's tough. But I will make an effort to do it.
