The philosophy behind the three new consoles

The conclusion of a detailed review of the PS3 listed the biggest differences between the Xbox 360, the Nintendo Wii, and the PS3, and the differences are due to the philosophies behind the systems' designs.

My nephew has already kindly sponsored me for a Wii, so that's that. Thanks Kiat! 8), though Gears of Wars (understandably) and the eventual Halo 3 are the app killers for me.

The reason why Kiat was sponsoring it was that it was the cheapest of the three new-gen consoles, and i didnt want him to spend too much.
