Really Doing Work
After one month of no work, I was given the task to QC pricing documents done by my co-workers. What a challenge! With minimimal training and absolutely no understanding what I am doing, how can I QC the documents?

After one day of pestering my co-workers on the procedure and tools, one of the senior managers told me that she will train me on how to read the procedures and use the tools tomorrow. What a surprise! She is a very busy person, attending meetings and replying to emails. I am honoured that she is willing to teach me.

My co-workers have warned that she is brutally honest and strict. I am fine with that. I am looking forward to learning from her. I believe if you are humble and patient, people will be willingly to teach you. Stay tuned.
