System Upgrade 3
One month after the system upgrade we begin to see the a ray of thin light at the end of the tunnel. The major issues have been resolved and we working on minor issues.
I believe alot of the bank's customers are still dissatisfied with us. However, they are very forgiving and patient with us. They are willing to give us a second chance to prove our worth to them.
At this point, I really don't care what system we are using. As long as the system works and I don't have to reboot my PC 4 times a day, I'm a very happy gal. It is so embarrassing to tell the customers that your PC 'hang' or the screen is frozen. I need to reboot my PC.
The bank's customers wonder whether we have a system UPGRADE or DOWNGRADE? My sentiments exactly.
