email peeves
Who dont do email these days? Most people's (at least in my company) work is done within emails, and nothing else.

Here's my two pet peeves that i have on emails..

1) Those typical multiline signature about all the crimes that i would have committed if i ever reveal the contents of mails that you've sent...
--> if the contents are so important, encrypt them, and restrict the rights to access them

2) rich text / html formatting
--> if you need nice fanciful layouts and fonts to show your ideas in the mails, then you need to put your message through stronger. HIGHLIGHTING BOLD AND RED just makes me close the mail window immediately
