my annual review

as always i am a worry wart, a negative person and certainly have no confidence in my work performance after 3 departments have complained about me.

above all, my boss has been disappointed and i have inconvenienced alot of my co-workers due to my candid behaviour.

naturally, my annual review will suck. i was prepared for it.

surprise, surprise. my boss gave me a positive review and INCLUDED communoication skills as my weakness.

*sigh* don't fight the system. i will do better in communicating with my co-workers in other departments. why? i want to make WORK LIFE EASIER FOR MYSELF.
