it's about exactly one year since i had my back problems.
Recently, the back just got worse again, and i actually had to stop working out in the gym for about 3 weeks, and adding the week prior to that in San Francisco, i had almost a month of non-regular workouts.
Today, i did a long session with my chiropractor, and found that i actually lost about 6 kgs. 8( that's sad for me.
We bought a similar gadget like these exercise balls to help relieve my back pain, and amazingly (this sounds like a TV Media ad), it works the moment you sit on it.
I was able to sit on the inflated exercise ball for hours without having any pain in the lower back. I can't even sit for more than 30 mins on a typical chair now without having pain.
Back to the chiropractic session today, the doctor found that i have very tight and muscular hamstrings, and that probably made my lower back situation worse. I have to start to do more stretching (which i've done for a while now), and to do regular stretches throughout the day in office too.
