This is my take on lifehack.org's 5 Things Employees Need to Learn from You article....
I was fully involved in the hiring of my team member, and in essence, was one of the people that made the final call.
So... these 5 points are great tips to use to set expectations and protocols with one another, especially since he's going to double-up in my office room.
