i was reading wonky tong's blog and i thought this entry is very funny. i have been asked the same question as well. does blogger have a life? is it because the individual has zero or negative social life, he needs to blog to seek attention. i know that artistes are exhibitionists or attention seekers. what about bloggers?

when jon, my husband started this 'blogging business' he encourages me to share my thoughts on the blog. i suspect the main reason he asks me to blog is he wants me to find another hobby apart from reading trashy novels and watching 'Sex And The City' DVDs. well, blogging is certainly addictive, once i start, i am hooked and all thanks to my husband.

i am not sure whether bloggers are attention seekers. i know that some bloggers are companies' evangelists. they help to promote companies' products or public image in their blogs. this is one of the best ways to reach out to a wide audience at a cheap cost.

i blog because i want to pen down my thoughts and experience with people. it does not matter whether it is good or bad. the main idea is to 'record' the thoughts and experience so that when i grow old i can reminisce the old times. i will probably feel very silly writing down those entries but i think it will be a great entertainment to jon and me.
