do you want to be a team lead?
R, my boss has asked me twice in 6 months on whether i will be interested to be a team lead. i said no because i am really not interested. i really want to go back to marketing.

i also told R that if i have been promoted to be a team lead, i would like to focus on branch marketing and not soley on customer service as we really need a strong marketer to reach out to our cusotmers.
