baby shower
i am not pregnant. my co-workers are. i attended my first baby shower at a co-worker's house. wow...her house is really impressive, it is spacious and beautiful. my friend told me the house costs half a million dollars. my co-worker must be rich, very rich. so envious of her.
anyway, the three pregnant mothers are glowing with joy and they are giving birth to baby girls in july 05. i think the branch supervisor will be having a hard time to find enough staff to cover their work as these gals will be taking 3 months maternity leave at the same time.
at the party, we found out another co-worker in the same branch is pregnant. someone call 911, the branch supervisor has passed out.
it is nice to have a party with gal pals. we bitch, eat, and the mothers give advise to mothers-to-be on how to handle contractions and newborn babies.
i volunteer to baby sit for one of the mothers-to-be because she has been taking care of me when i was a new staff in the bank.

Baby shower?? Wow, that must have been fun. I bet those pregnant ladies have already prepared a wishlist. Since there're so many of them, your pocket may be a little lighter at the end of it. Perhaps, you shd do into joining them in the baby league.
