people are angry

having a boss who abuses her authority and does not put an effort to familiarize herself with the company's products and services really does not deserve our respect.

staff are angry and do not want to talk much to her unless it is truly necessary. it has reached a stage whereby no communication is better than having communication.

maybe this situation is the same everywhere. people just need to focus on their work and be oblivious to the surroundings. that way, life will be a lot more manageable.

while my boss behaviour affects me but i am not terribly bothered by her. i just want my pay at the end of each month and an increase in salary will definitely make my day.
