symptoms of a disease here, there, and everywhere?
Some people think that the organization is progressing towards a slow but sure death, and this guy's blog has very specific comments. He seems to be in some product development group, so his vision is not really that accurate in a operations perspective.
Some chit chats along the corridor had somewhat similar comments, in that the whole atmoshpere has changed.
Even within my group, we've gone from a trusted by default situation to a distrust by default. Which is good, if you think about it, but when it only works one way, who checks the checkers?
