Office Politics
after working in the financial institution for 4 days, i begin to suspect that this isn't the perfect working environment. in fact, there is no perfect working place. i was determinded to find out more dirt about the company.

and i was right. beneath the cheerfulness and friendly facade, there is a strong angry undercurrent amongst some colleagues. it was not obvious to me at first until i eavesdropped on my co-workers' conversation. i didn't want to snoop but there was very few customers today so i was attentive to their conversation.

i was not surprised that there is office politics in this company. on the contrary, i felt that a company without politics seems unreal. even the priests in catholic churches fight amongst themselves. let alone the average folks!
