my back's better now
After coming back from Chicago, my back felt like 95% recovered. Still a slight pain once in a while, and some numbness too, but at least it's not on Red Alert 8)

Went for another session with the chiropractor, and started a chiropractic schedule with him.

I'll be going for :
- 4 times a week for 2 weeks,
- 3 times a week for 8 weeks
- 1-2 times a week for 12 weeks
- 1-2 times a month for 2 months

What the schedule will do is to correct my spine structure, which in his terminology, is the correction of the subluxation complexes.

It looks like this problem was with me for a long while. Which for my Secondary School friends that can remember that long, was actually the reason why sometimes i had to squat down in the middle of nowhere(anywhere actually) to relieve the pain.

He explained that two of the lower back spines were too tightly aligned with one another, and the nerves between those two lumbars were compressed, and hence, my pain.

He also said that once this is corrected, my lower back pain will be relieved, and that i should be able to lift heavier weights in my gym workouts! ALL RIGHT!
