Getting Old?

While in an IM session last night, i mentioned that i was having problems sleeping for the past week. Sunday night i practically just lied down on the bed with my eyes open till about 7am in the morning, and just had a few hours of sleep.

The following few days were better, as in i was finally able to sleep with the help of sleeping pills. Even that wasn't really good, as my mind and body was fighting, and easily winning against the sleeping pills.

The person that i chatted with noted that it's probably because i'm getting old, what with the lower back problems and now sleeping problems. Is that true?
