Chinatown Walk
Look at the size of that fish!
We had some time one of the mornings this week and we went around Seattle's International District for a makan and a walk.
We had our lunch in one of the local Chinese noodle shop, and while waiting for my wanton noodle, i read that the best char siew in Seattle is just right across the block. After finishing our food, and taking some more videos and photos along the way, we were right at Kau Kau.
The char siew had the right smell, and looks good enough to eat. I don't understand nor like some of the char siew dished out by others that are just colored pork.
While waiting for our freshly BBQed pork, i was very attracted by the size of that fish! It's a pet of of the restaurant. Don't think you can afford nor eat a fish like this!
The fish is 27 years old. Not sure whether it is a female or male but the owner said it's their very dear pet.
