With good intentions come..

A recent effort to kick start some changes was somehow deemed a futile exercise when some folks took the initiative to label the requested comments with different degrees of priority based on seriousness.

I made an open comment that the labeling was wrong and unnecessary. Thankfully, the manager that started this effort acknowledged my feedback and said that he'll read every single comment regardless of the labeling.

A few of the committee members explained to me the reasoning behind it. I had to tell them that I'm the least of the problems.

The ones that will not raise their feedbacks or objections are the ones that they need to worry about. After my original email was sent, a few other colleagues gave nodding agreements. They are the ones these folks need to look at.

Otherwise, this effort might as well be stopped now.
