Some People Are Just Lazy or Stubborn
I wonder why people are lazy or stubborn at work. I am not expecting alot. Just do the minimum, follow the procedure and everyone will be happy. But, oh no, they will not. They either forget, pretend they do not know or could not be bothered or too stubborn to follow the procedure.

Now, I know why some companies prosper and some companies fail.
