Stop Complaining
Jon says it is wise not to give too much negative feedback during my 1:1 session with my boss as she will not like to hear complaints all the time. Give solution and not problem. Sure, from now on, I will only tell my boss what I have contributed to the team and my goals on how to help improve the workflow.
