remain calm at all times
i blew my top when one of my co-workers was being unreasonable. R, my boss saw it and reprimanded me. do i deserve it? fine, i do. i should not have lose my cool but i am just irritated by someone accusing me of doing someting i didn't do even though i have shown them proof.

R said i am very combative in communicating to her. yeah right. bosses will only know how to highlight staff's mistakes but will never acknowledge their mistakes.

there is no point arguing with her as she reviews my salary. i will have to remain calm at all times.
