birds are flying
two other colleagues are having the short-timers' disease now.

what is short-timers' disease? for the singaporean guys, it's the same meaning as ROD mood.

for the others, it just means that the people having such a "disease" are leaving the group/company/job to go elsewhere.

one senior PM and the guy with the most technical knowledge in the group. This will be a big loss.
