Conference here i go
I'll be going to the Virus Bulletin 2005 in Dublin, departing from Seattle on Saturday.
The event actually starts on Wednesday, but i was requested to spend a few more days in the Ireland lab and conduct some anti-virus training with the lab team there.
Andrew, my back-up, is following me for his first visit to the conference. We have such a great level of disaster recovery consciousness that the two of us are taking separate flights, on separate airlines, with a transit in a different country, on different days!
There's also a musical pub crawl that the organizers have arranged for. Hooray... i'll get to meet up with Randy, the folks from F-Secure, Kaspersky virus analysts, Sorin, and the rest of the great group of guys and gals! I'm sure we'll be having as much fun as we had in 2004.

I am glad to be able to attend to this conference. I had a hard time getting the OK for this trip. I found out on Monday that I need a VISA for Ireland :) . After two phonecalls to their embassy, sending papers with DHL Express I got it on Thursday !!!
One point for Ireland !
Something else: ;)
Jonathan and Sharon: you have two wonderful children :)
Until now, I didn't even know that you have children.
