change change change
the only consistent thing in my bank is CHANGE.

the change in rules and regulations affect customers and ME. because i need to spend more time explaining to the customers on why the change in rules and regulation is required and what new information is needed.

my talking time with customers has increased. my stress level has increased. my temper flares every few minutes. why is it there is no change to my salary. the bank should increase my salary.
