another co-worker is leaving
this is getting really depressing. another co-worker is leaving the bank. she has found a job which she likes and she does not have to work on saturday and does not have to go for scheduled lunch.

i am very happy for her and very sad for myself. my boss was really stressed that she will be leaving. she is grooming my co-worker to be a team lead and she has just been given level 1 approval on loans ( level 1 approval means you can approve loans upto a certain amount).

my boss told her that she was aware that i will be leaving when i find a marketing job. she will not be surprised if i am leaving but she was surprised that my co-worker is leaving.

i have to work hard to find a new employer. i shall not disappoint my boss.
