You must have experienced this before!
On the Vision Thing blog, there's a post that has typical dialogue within a conference call. In most of my confernce calls, which, sad to say, are usually organzied and faciliated by the same one IT project manager, she will do exactly what's "logged" here... 8)

I attend lots and lots of meetings, every day.

The majority of these meetings are conference calls.

My biggest peeve is the “roll call” at the start of these calls. By and large, they go like this:

    [Beep!]

    Facilitator: Who just joined?

    A: [Name 1].

    [Beep! Beep!]

Fac: I heard 2 more beeps. Who else just joined?

    <

    D,E,F,G,H,I (in unison): [Names]

    [The Vision Thing]

You definitely have heard this before, especially if you use our lovely conference tool.

Terrible right?
