be nice to customers
my co-worker pulled me aside to correct my attitude. she told me not to mention to customers they have poor credit report. i agree, not very pr. instead of saying customer you have a poor credit report, we should say "based on your credit report, we can offer xxx interest rate, would you like to go forward with the loan?"

sometimes, customers would like us to be candidly sweet and not brutally honest. they cannot accept the fact that banks reject their loan applications.

i wonder what galaxy they came from. it has to be planet america!
