Siong Siong workout
Wow... the first workout after the enforced two weeks break was really tiring!

Started to use weights at least 10 pounds lighter and at lower reps too.

By the time i finished my chest/back workout, my upper body was so sore that i literally crawlled my way to the showers, and almost puked!
