i am perfect
i am reading this book written by a creative director in an ad agency. he is an alcoholic and is living in denial that he is not. he stays in a rehab so that he will be 'dry' and hoping that the group support will help him to get rid of his drinking problem.

in one of the sessions called affirmations, everyone has to proudly claim that they are perfect and they will get well. the objective is to convince them that they are good people and they will prevail in everything they do.

i am so inspired by the novel that i will tell everyone at work that i am perfect.
