Have anyone used a application where the IT folks dictate when the business folks should work?

I had unnecessary anxiety, on a night when i was already not feeling too well, when 45 minutes towards downtime and i got a customer that was screaming over the phone about the downtime.

UNNECESSARY last minute phone calls, IMs, emails (to nowhereland) were made.

This incident reinforced my decision.
